The course objectives are to help students acquire knowledge of fundamental concepts of costs, cost planning and cost management in an enterprise.

Course content

Introduction to Cost management. Conceptual scheme of costs. Modern cost conception. Cost and capacity usage. Fixed and variable costs. Marginal cost term, attributes and formulation of marginal costs. Costs and income. Brake even point. Modern cost conception. Implementation of cost theory in prices policy at the different market situations. Information system for cost management. Cost structure and entrepreneurs attitudes. Cost control management system.
