Within the so-called Umbrella networks a possible mobility is considered only after all applications within the "regular networks" have been concluded, when the remaining quotas will be allocated to Umbrella networks.

Alternatively, it is possible to apply as a so-called Freemover, which means that you can apply for any of the CEEPUS destinations (a list of all CEEPUS networks and partners within them can be found at https://www.ceepus.info/content/find), but a mobility will be granted only then if remaining quotas will be available for the selected country, after all applications within the "regular-Network” and "Umbrella” networks have been closed.
