Lecture: "Mentors of the Future"- February 15th and 20th on EFRI
The University's Faculty of Economics organized the "Mentors of the Future" education aimed at mentors in over 550+ partner organizations for internships. Conducted by Aleksandra Ignatoski, COO at Aestus Accounting, the education took place on February 15th and 20th, 2024, covering mentorship roles, characteristics of good mentors, and the internship process.
