Ana Petričić Gojanović is the owner and director of PRredba Studio, an agency specialized in communication, production and event management that is behind numerous cultural, artistic and lifestyle projects and events in Croatia. An atypical director, modest but proud of her colleagues, she is guided by the motto that teamwork is the key to success. Enumerating all the projects that Ana led or in which PRedba participated would require a lot of time and space, so perhaps it is optimal to list the most famous ones. In the culture segment, in addition to major domestic and international projects such as the Sarajevo Film Festival, Zagreb Design Week, the Pula Film Festival and cooperation with numerous other festivals, galleries, museums and institutions, original projects such as the Noir Festival and exhibitions of famous photographers Peter Lindbergh and Brigitte Lacombe who she personally brought and organized in Zagreb. In addition to the above, there are also numerous lifestyle and fashion events such as Cro A Porter, collaborations with numerous domestic fashion designers, music stars, as well as a collaboration project of big designer names with the fashion house H&M, as well as sports projects such as PR for the hockey club Medveščak and the rowing club world champions, Olympians Braća Sinković.

Anica Tomić, theater director from Zagreb, actress, professor and assistant professor at the Academy of Arts and Culture in Osijek, is like a force of nature. Her tiny physical appearance hides a veritable volcano of energy, information, empathy, creativity and talent. This former performer and athlete, as she likes to emphasize, is currently the dominant female personality of the Croatian theater. Anica Tomić's work is always present when we talk about Croatian theatre. If we take the film back, some of the plays that were talked about the most during the pandemic are undoubtedly "Hotel Zagorje", for which in 2019 Anica received the Croatian Actor's Award for direction, as well as for the best play as a whole, and "Monovid-19 ", the play with which we returned to the theater after the first lockdown, are just another confirmation that Anica is at the zenith of her creativity.

Nataša Mihaljčisin is an independent artist, fashion designer, co-founder of the i-gle fashion studio, within which she realized 27 different projects related to fashion and textile design, as well as several conceptual exhibitions (HDD, HDLU - Karas Gallery). She is the winner of several important awards for fashion design in Croatia and abroad. As a costume designer, she collaborated with official and independent theaters. She curated the performance of young Croatian designers at the London Fashion Week exhibition. She completed the interdisciplinary study of the theory and culture of fashion at the TTF in Zagreb. In 2017, 2019 and 2020, she was a finalist of the Post scriptum Award for literature on social networks. In 2017, samizdat published: GOODS WITH ERRORS. She knits, crochets, listens and writes.

About the "21 Paths to Success" project

The project aims to promote, encourage and create an encouraging and stimulating environment in which young people can develop their own professional and personal potential. Through interesting conversations and inspiring stories of successful women, we will focus on the role of women in society as well as on the importance of interdisciplinarity, inclusion and acceptance of diversity, and encourage a culture of success. The goal of the project is to motivate and inspire primarily young people - students in their final years of college and in the phase of early employment, to believe in success based on dedication, persistence, knowledge, true values and personal qualities.

The new phase of the project is being implemented in cooperation with Universities and Faculties in 5 Croatian cities - Zagreb, Split, Rijeka, Osijek and Pula.
