Japanese Government Scholarships

The Embassy of Japan has announced a competition for the award of a Japanese government scholarship for two-year (postgraduate) research studies. Scholarships are intended for students of any major who are interested in scientific research at one of the Japanese universities, after which the possibility of continuing their studies at a master's degree and/or doctorate (MA & PhD) in Japan is provided.

Scholarships are awarded for the academic year starting on April 1, 2023. All information about the competition can be found on the website of the Embassy of Japan (https://www.hr.emb-japan.go.jp/hr/stipendije.html ).

The application deadline is June 17, written exams will be held on June 30, and interviews with candidates will be held on July 1, 2022 at the embassy premises.
