YOUR ROLE: 

We're looking for a new colleague (m/f) who will be the part of our L’Oréal Luxury Division, having the chance to work for the whole L’Oréal Adria Balkan region. Position of Marketing Intern requires motivated, agile and organized person who will be responsible for:

• Participating in development and execution of online strategies, including D2C content, SEO optimization, and digital asset management, to enhance brand visibility and drive consumer engagement across web and social platforms.
• Leading and supporting online and offline brand activations, campaigns, and asset localization efforts for specific markets, ensuring brand voice consistency and legal compliance.
• Conducting sales analysis (Sell In/Sell Out), deriving insights from performance data, and researching market trends, best practices, and competitor strategies.
• Ensuring data quality for commercial and logistic information.
• Managing specific internal processes (e.g., local codes, supplier payments).
• Providing ad-hoc support for various brand projects (Sustainability, Events, Store openings, Local Initiatives).
• Overseeing and managing brand budgets for goods and promotional materials, coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers.
