Trade Marketing Intern (m/f)

Based in our office in Zagreb
YOUR ROLE:
We're looking for a new colleague (m/f) who will be a part of Consumer Product Division and have a chance to work with colleagues from the whole L’Oréal Adria Balkan region. Position of Trade Marketing Intern requires motivated, agile and organized person who will be responsible for:
•Taking lead in product mapping, classification, and database updates within the ADBA (Adria Balkan) framework to ensure accurate brand positioning and structural alignment.
•Adapting and updating visual planograms (merchandising shelf layouts) to meet brand wall stand guidelines across various retail channels.
•Briefing, approving, and coordinating POSM (Point of Sale Materials) designs with product managers, the Scientific and Regulatory department, printing partners, and distributors.
•Coordinating with retailers across Croatia and Slovenia to facilitate smooth coordination regarding their needs.
•Organizing trade projects, brand events, in-store promotions, and experiential pop-up corners.
•Adapting local listing presentations, marketing selling stories, and marketing product claims for Croatian and Slovenian consumers.
•Analyze marketing activations and track promotional calendars, launch timelines, and competitor landscape.
•Processing internal product orders, securing approvals, and coordinating physical pickups.
•Coordinating products, promotional bundles, and student helpers to ensure the timely dispatch of materials for campaigns, PR seedings, and retail events.
•Managing the end-to-end process of creating Purchase Orders (POs) in the system.
THE IDEAL PROFILE:
•Has active student rights for minimum of 12 months
•Preferably holds a Bachelor’s Degree
•Has excellent organizational and analytical skills
•Has a methodical and detailed approach to tasks
•Has the ability to manage both operational and administrative procedures
•Has excellent communication skills and is able to present ideas clearly
•Works with transparency, integrity and with respect for others
•Has an advanced use of MS Office (with special focus on Power Point and Excel)
•Is fluent in Croatian and English language
•Knowledge of Slovenian language is an advantage
