Physical Distribution Intern (m/f)

Based in our office in Zagreb

YOUR ROLE:

We're looking for a new colleague (m/f) who will be a part of our L’Oréal team and be a driving force in the future of beauty industry. Position of Physical Distribution Intern requires motivated, agile, and organized person who will be responsible for:

• Administrating and coordinating daily co-packing activities with 3PL partners for smooth operations.
• Preparing and coordinating of co-packing projects for major promotional campaigns (e.g., seasonal promos).
• Assisting with monthly cost booking and invoices.
• Administrating goods reception, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Preparing monthly reports (e.g., Intrastat, GRAAL, Waste report) and KPIs.
• Ensuring adherence to L'Oréal's EHS and Quality standards within co-packing.
• Performing administrative tasks regarding stock reconciliation to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Contributing to overall inventory management to optimize stock levels.

THE IDEAL PROFILE: 

• Preferably holds a Bachelor’s Degree
• Has great analytical skills and is resourceful
• Is results oriented and has strong problem-solving abilities
• Has strong organizational and time management skills
• Has strong communicational and collaboration skills
• Works with responsibility and autonomy
• Has strong computer skills (MS Office) with focus on Excel
• Is fluent in English and Croatian language
• Knowledge of different data analytics & visualization tools, and digital tools is an advantage (PowerBI, Google Analytics)
