MagiX — applications are now open!

A programme that equips civil servants, policymakers, and public-sector professionals with the practical digital skills to lead government transformation. Join the first edition, starting in November 2026!

We are proud to announce that applications are now open for the Specialising Master in Artificial Intelligence, Governance Innovation, and Digital Transformation (MagiX). The programme has been developed within the AI4Gov-X project, co-funded by the European Union to support the adoption of AI in public services through educational initiatives.

MagiX is delivered by Politecnico di Milano and managed by POLI.design, in collaboration with several leading international academic partners, among which the Faculty of Economics & Business in Rijeka is proud to be included. The programme trains professionals (Functional Specialists) capable of working within the public sector or in close collaboration with it, supporting the adoption of artificial intelligence and digital technologies in the service of citizens.

It is based on an extensive analysis of the competencies required to design, implement, and govern human-centric, feasible, and impactful AI-enabled public-sector initiatives. The programme is delivered online, mainly through asynchronous lessons, offering participants a high degree of flexibility, alongside additional in-person, networking, and transversal activities.

Three core areas form the foundation of the curriculum: Digital Governance & Transformation, AI & Data and Human-Centric Design & Innovation. To further develop specialised competencies, participants may choose one of six elective tracks, complemented by seminars, workshops, case studies, simulations, and project-based learning.
