Summary

Research efforts in this scientific project have been integrated on the
basis of the following main hypothesis: implementation of cooperative
management toward various stakeholders in terms of designing integrative
solutions contributes to the positive effects regarding the development of
entrepreneurial economy and society. Modern entrepreneurial economy and
society rest on the inclusion of various stakeholders on the basis of
coopetition, or simultaneous competition and cooperation in various
aspects of mutual relationships. This approach is based on the process of
understanding and integrating stakeholders’ perspectives, overcoming
asymmetries of information, reaching consensus regarding causes and
implications of a problem toward the design of integrative solutions. It
can be concluded that all stakeholders of the modern society behave
entrepreneurially. The concept of entrepreneurial ecosystem represents an
insightful theoretical framework for analyzing the set of interdependent
actors and factors that enable entrepreneurial development. Cooperative
management in this project research is considered and analyzed from the
standpoint of the following aspects: strategic alliances and logistic
value
added chains, supply chain management, implications of implementing
business and especially management information systems, entrepreneurial
ecosystems, entrepreneurial orientation and intra-entrepreneurship,
learning organizations, organizational learning and knowledge management,
relationship management (with the emphasis on conflict management), social
responsibility and assessment of the triple bottom line leading to the
development of the sustainable value added. These aspects represent
derived goals of the research project.
