 I have lost my e- matriculation book (X-card), how can I make a new one?


You need to fill in the form for reissuing of a new student identification card (X-card) available at the Student Registry Office; pay 50.00 HRK via a general payment slip (opća uplatnica) made out to the Faculty. The Faculty's IBAN number is HR 8623600001101586015 (to be entered under IBAN primatelja ) and enter  your OIB -personal identification number  as the reference number  (to be entered under poziv na broj). The new card will be available within 10 days upon your request, when you will be given a temporary X-card  for you to use in the meantime. 


 
How can I get my transcript of grades, if I was a pre-Bologna student? 


You need to fill in the form available at https://www.efri.uniri.hr/hr/obrasci, and submit it, together with you matriculation book (indeks) to the Student Registry; pay 150.00 HRK via a general payment slip (opća uplatnica) made out to the Faculty. The Faculty's IBAN number is HR 8623600001101586015 (to be entered under IBAN primatelja ) and enter  your OIB -personal identification number  as the reference number  (to be entered under poziv na broj).


 
When do my student rights start to run if I enrolled in July? 


Student rights run from October 1st i.e. with the beginning of a new academic year.


 
How to obtain a certificate of enrollment?


You should file a request via the Studomat located on the ground floor of the Faculty using your AAI identity and pick it up at the Information Desk.


 
 
How to change my academic title according to the Bologna system if I have completed pre-Bologna undergraduate studies?


It is necessary to fill out the respective form available at https://www.efri.uniri.hr/hr/obrasci  and submit it together with a copy of your Diploma; pay 400.00 HRK via a general payment slip (opća uplatnica) made out to the Faculty. The Faculty's IBAN number is HR 8623600001101586015 (to be entered under IBAN primatelja ) and enter  your OIB -personal identification number  as the reference number  (to be entered under poziv na broj). You also need to add a stamp duty in the amount of 20.00 HRK.

 
 

 Are there deadlines for the submission of Mentor Application Forms at undergraduate and graduate studies?  What are they? 

The deadlines regarding the submission of Mentor Application Forms are defined by the Faculty Council for each academic year.

The deadlines for the submission of bachelor/master theses  are defined by the Faculty Council for each academic year.  


 
When should I submit my master thesis if I wish to have my defense in September? 

You should pass all prescribed examinations and meet all other study requirements by no later than September 15. You should also submit the signed Report on the Master Thesis to the Student Registry together with all other documentation prescribed by the Regulations and Procedures Concerning the Master Thesis by this date.    


 
What documentation do I need to submit prior to the master thesis defense?


•Three (3) spiral bounded copies of the master thesis, with one of the copies being personally signed by the mentor next to the notification ‘Approved for defense’ 
•An electronic version of the approved master thesis in .pdf/A format (single file). The cover of the CD shall contain the student’s name and surname, personal identification number (OIB) and the title of the master thesis  
•An extra signed copy of the Statement included in the thesis (to be archived)
•The Report on the Master thesis signed by the respective mentor
•An official certificate on obtained 90 ECTS credits (under Additional documentation for obtaining the certificate on completion of studies - transcript of grades)
•Other documents required by the Student Registry (confirmation from the Faculty’s library that all books have been returned, completed Contact data form etc.)


 
 
What documentation do I need to submit upon the master thesis defense?


After you have successfully defended your thesis, you ought to submit the following:   filled in Diploma Form and Statistical Sheet available at the Information Desk/Student Registry, confirmation of payment of Diploma printing costs in the amount of 350.00 HRK – payment done via a general payment slip (opća uplatnica) made out to the Faculty. The Faculty's IBAN number is HR 8623600001101586015 (to be entered under IBAN primatelja ) and enter  your OIB -personal identification number  as the reference number  (to be entered under poziv na broj) + 2 A5 envelopes addressed to your full address.  


 
What is needed to complete my undergraduate studies?  What  do I need to submit?


In order to have the completion of the study program registered, you ought to submit the following documentation to the Student Registry: 
-The Report on the Bachelor Thesis signed by the respective mentor
-The Bachelor Thesis - Topic Application (if not submitted priorly)
-Confirmation from the Faculty’s library that all books have been returned
-Student X-card
-An extra signed copy of the Statement (to be archived)
-An official certificate on obtained 176 ECTS credits (under Additional documentation for obtaining the certificate on completion of studies - transcript of grades)
-2 A5 envelopes addressed to your full address  
-Filled out Statistical Sheet – available at the Student Registry
-Filled out Diploma Form - available at the Student Registry 
-Confirmation of payment of Diploma printing costs in the amount of 350.00 HRK – payment done via a general payment slip (opća uplatnica) made out to the Faculty. The Faculty's IBAN number is HR 8623600001101586015 (to be entered under IBAN primatelja) and enter your OIB -personal identification number as the reference number (to be entered under poziv na broj) followed by - 66151405. The payment model (to be entered under Model plaćanja) is 67.
-Students who had extracurricular activities or have won prizes during their study (teacher aid i.e. demonstrators, Dean’s Award, activities within the Student Union) should submit confirmation of the same



When will Graduation Ceremonies be held?

The Graduation Ceremony for those who have completed undergraduate and graduate studies within an academic year will be held the subsequent academic  year.  
 
 
 
When do enrolments into senior years start?
 
Enrolment starts in September. The exact schedule will be announced publicly on the Faculty’s web site. 
 
 
 
 What do I need to enroll a senior year? 

In order to enroll a higher year of studies you need to register via Studomat and confirm your enrolment at the Student Registry. You also need to submit confirmation of payment of enrolment fees and tuition. 
 
 
How can I withdraw from studying at EFRI? 
 
In order to withdraw you need to fill in the Withdrawal Form , submit your matriculation book (indeks) and pay 150.00 HRK via a general payment slip (opća uplatnica) made out to the Faculty. The Faculty's IBAN number is HR 8623600001101586015 (to be entered under IBAN primatelja ) and enter  your OIB -personal identification number  as the reference number  (to be entered under poziv na broj).
