ERASMUS KA107
 
Erasmus KA107 application for international student-exchange within all study levels is opened now (except for 1st year undergraduate students). Students can apply for 1 outgoing mobility to Russia, Ukraine or Kirgizstan. The Erasmus KA107 scholarship covers a mobility period of 4 months (latest till 31.07.2020) and includes a monthly support + travel expanses in an amount which is mentioned in the enclosed Financial Support Info. Application requirements are also enclosed with the Application Form included. Application deadline: 28th November 2019.

Information on submission of working papers (PhD proposal):
 
On the basis of the new information obtained at the 2nd workshop (held by prof. dr.sc. Pahor), the doctoral candidates supplement/correct/further develop their research and by doing so, prepare materials to be presented at the 2nd scientific colloquium.

Following up on candidates’ requests, the deadline for the submission of respective working papers has been prolonged till midnight August 26, 2018. Please send your papers via email to tamara.sahini@efr.hr
 
In case you fail to submit your paper within the prescribed deadline, it will be assumed that you have withdrawn from participation in the scientific colloquium.

Information on the 2nd workshop:
 
The 2nd workshop within the doctoral program offered at the Faculty of Economics and Business Rijeka will be held in the Faculty's Annex Building.  

•Friday, May 25 2018    16:00 – 20:00  (4h)
•Saturday, May 26 2018 09:00-14:00 (5h).

The lecturer is prof. dr. sc. Marko Pahor from the Faculty of Economics, University of Ljubljana.
The 2nd workshop addresses the specificities of qualitative and quantitative research and covers the following issues:

• Operationalization and instrumentation of research
• Paradigms and the process of quantitative and qualitative research
• Data collection and processing, interpretation
• Hypothesis testing
• Explanation of scientific contribution

You are invited to attend the lecture delivered by prof. Pahor. The lecture is aimed at expanding the knowledge of the methodology of scientific research.

Note: The doctoral candidates who have taken part in the 1st Scientific Colloquium are required to attend prof. Pahor's lecture as well as the 2nd Scientific Colloquium planned for October 6, 2018.   
Upon the lecture and in line with the program, the working papers are to be submitted till midnight July 15, 2018. Please send your papers via email to tamara. rasetina@efri.hr.
