YOUR ROLE:
We're looking for a new colleague (m/f) who will be a part of our L’Oréal Luxe Division as part of our brands YSL, Prada & MiuMiu and have a chance to work with colleagues from the whole L’Oréal Adria Balkan region. Position of Marketing Intern requires motivated, agile and organized person who will be responsible for:
•Participating in online & offline activation of the brands as support to activation manager.
•Participating in the localization of assets (Hero Content, Social media, Press releases) of the brands as support to product manager.
•Monitoring the business pulse & results via sell-in & sell-out analysis of the market.
•Ensuring data quality for commercial & logistic information of the brands catalog used by Supply & Sales including customer databases.
•Coordinating the creation of local codes linked to finished goods or PLV for full catalog update.
•Overseeing the brands' online presence, from asset availability to executing online excellence surveys.
•Managing "pay on time" process for suppliers, from quotation and purchase order (PO) management to budget tracking .
•Managing brand budgets for goods, PLV, office supplies, and stock transfers.
•Centralizing information on activation & promotional plan for the brands.
•Providing ad hoc support for brand project (Sustainability, Events, Store openings, Local initiatives).
THE IDEAL PROFILE:
•Has active student rights for minimum of 12 months
•Preferably holds a Bachelor’s Degree
•Has strong communication, analytical and organizational skills with a sharp attention to details
•Is persistent, proactive, and demonstrates a strong interest in marketing
•Works with transparency, integrity and with respect for others
•Is skilled in MS Office (with focus on Excel and Power Point)
•Is fluent in Croatian and English language
