Panelists of the seventh panel "COMMUNICATION AS THE KEY TO SUCCESS - INSTANT MESSAGE VS. PERMANENT VALUES" are Angela Buljan Šiber, Ivana Galić Baksa and Majda Žujo


The seventh panel as part of the project "21 ways to success" within the thematic unit Women in creative industry and culture is entitled "Communication as the key to success - instant messages vs. lasting values", and will be held on Thursday, March 3, starting at 18:00 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Zagreb, with a live stream on the Entrio platform. The panelists of this panel will be Angela Buljan Šiber, Ivana Galić Baksa, Majda Žujo, and the moderators of the panel will be Manuela Šola and Vedrana Likan.

 

Angela Buljan Šiber is the owner of izone.agency for digital marketing, the President of the Management Board of HURA (Croatian Association of Companies for Marketing Communication) and IAB Croatia (Association for Interactive Marketing) and is a member of the organizing committee of the Days of Communication marketing festival. He loves science as much as business, so he has been working, studying and teaching for over 20 years. She has a bachelor's degree in psychology, a master's degree in marketing, attended a pre-doctoral program in organizational behavior at NYU, and a doctoral degree in organizational psychology (on the topic of gender differences in managerial decision-making), which she hopes to finish before retirement. She believes that volunteering and social activism are the foundation for normal and intelligent progress of civilization, and that is why it is a very important part of her life.

 

Ivana Galić Baksa was recently appointed to the position of marketing and communications director of United Media, the leading media company in Southeastern Europe, to which Nova TV belongs. Ivana has 20 years of experience in management positions in the field of marketing and communications. At Nova TV, Ivana has been leading the most successful marketing and communication team in the media industry for almost 7 years, and will continue to hold this position. Before joining the Nova TV Group, she managed the marketing communications department at telecom VIPnet (now A1) for 4 years. For five years, she was the head of a marketing agency, and before that she worked in production and brand management at the Croatian production company Croatia Film.


Majda Žujo is the Director of Identity and Communication at the largest bank in Croatia - Zagrebačka banka. She graduated from the Faculty of Political Sciences, and began her professional career in journalism. Although she still considers journalism to be the most beautiful profession in the world, 8 years ago she replaced the newsroom with the equally interesting and dynamic public relations. While he tries to balance between these two worlds, he mostly recharges his batteries on trips, and he draws inspiration from conquering mountain peaks.
