Realizator 2016.

Realizator 2016. is a pilot project of the University of Rijeka Foundation launched as the first university case study competition for students in solving real business cases. However, this panel is intended for everyone who is interested in the answer to the eternal question: What are employers really looking for?

The questions we will find out are:

• how many students are hired right after college?
• how to behave at a job interview?
• what are the most common demands of employers?
• which skills are required in IT and marketing, and which in other professions?
• can we (and how) stand out?
• what is the difference between local companies and working with foreign ones?
• what skills are missing after college and how to acquire them?

The Faculty of Economics and business University of Rijeka will be represented by doc. dr. sc. Danijela Sokolić, Vice Dean for Cooperation with the Economy and Head of the Career Center.
