Social Impact Award – presentation

In the last ten years, ACT Group has been working on the creation of the community of young people who turn their ideas and intentions into actions. It gives them support in the development of social entrepreneurial ventures which are faced with the most challenging problems of our time.

With the help of the SIA program, their goal is to increase the number and the readiness of young people who use their talents in order to make positive social changes.

Social Impact Award was founded in 2009 by Impact Hub Vienna, in partnership with ERSTE Foundation and Vienna University of Economics and Business. Today, it has been implemented in more than 20 countries in Europe, Asia and Africa and it encompasses more than 8.000 students and young people annually. The presentation of this year's competition in the field of social entrepreneurship was held on 14 March 2019 at 8. 30 at the Faculty of Economics and Business in Rijeka (Lecture Hall 8/ 3rd floor).
