Antonija Bilić Arar started working in the digital industry even before the industry carried that name. After 10 years of editing digital media, she went to the other side, in marketing and communications and ended up in - a global startup. For BlaBlaCar, almost as "one-woman band” she built the Croatian market from 0 to, not a million, but a six-digit number of users.  She experienced firsthand all the advantages and disadvantages of a fast-growing startup but also fell completely in love with the industry of technology.

After a couple more tech and startup arrangements, I returned to the beginning –

in the media. At Netocracy, she combines the best of both careers and writes development, startup and growth topics, digital media and marketing. And how to build a successful startup from scratch he sees once again first hand - married to the co-founder of the startup!
