Three-day program for students on creating a business plan

As part of the EU project: "Increasing the employability of students through the improvement of the Career Centre and development of Internship - CEZAR", which is supported by the Faculty of Economics and Business of the University of Rijeka, the Career Centre organizes three-day workshops on the topic: "Workshops on successful business venture planning and better understanding and management of financial indicators". The workshops will be held on November 2, 3 and 4, 2022 in the Annex hall of the Faculty of Economics and Business in Rijeka from 4 to 7 p.m.

As part of the program, participants will master the methodology of creating a business plan and apply the acquired knowledge and skills on examples.

Program of the three-day workshop:

1. content and purpose of creating a business plan,

2. market analysis and marketing plan,

3. financial calculations (sales, production, goods, services),

4. calculation of obligations according to funding sources, etc.

About the lecturer:

After his studies, he continued training in the field of leadership and management in Europe, America and Asia and accumulated fifteen years of experience in creating and implementing projects, trainings and conferences on three continents. Today, he works as the director of the Rijeka development agency Porin. He is a business consultant and trainer in the field of leadership, management, communication, business and personal development.
