Workshop: "How to prepare for the employment test?"

You have written your CV and your covering letter. Among many applications, the employer noticed yours and selected you for a job interview and testing. What now?

This workshop offers the answer to that question, but it primarily provides insights into the methods and ways of testing which companies use when selecting the personnel.

Workshop content:

• Why do companies do testing?
• The importance of selecting personnel
• Types of testing
• Test examples and testing
• How to prepare for testing and avoid stress?

Upon the completion of the workshop, participants will:

• Know what to expect during the test and how to prepare for it
• Know how to make their own self-assessment
