Student enrollment in the academic year 2025/2026. (Freshmen)

Enrollment is
possible for applicants who have an enrollment number on the ranking list. Enrollment based
on the ranking list is from July 17 to 21, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Enrollment will
be done remotely (online) via a web application.
PROCEDURE
Applicants will receive registration instructions
and a link to the online application in their email inbox by 8:00 a.m. on July
17, 2025. Applicants are asked to check their email in order to register for
the registration application in a timely manner (please also check your spam
folder just in case).
Applicants
must register by 09:00 am on July 17, 2025.
Enrollments will be held according to the
following schedule:
17.07.2025. – Business Economics students in
full-time status International Business (International Business study in English)
from 08:00-14:00
Before accessing the application, it is necessary to prepare the
following documents in electronic form:
Mandatory documents that you need to upload to the designated place:
- Personal photo - in JPEG or PNG format
- ID card - both sides - in PDF, JPEG or PNG format
- Proof of paid tuition and enrollment fees - in PDF, JPEG or PNG
format
- Foreign citizens - certificate of personal identification number
(OIB) for foreigners, issued by the Ministry of Finance, Tax Administration (in
PDF, JPEG or PNG format)
The applicant must complete the application using the online
application starting from 08:00 to 09:00 on July 17, 2025. The applicant will
receive more detailed instructions in the individual steps of the application.
After the applicant has completed the entire application process, the applicant
will be enrolled, of which the applicant will be notified by email.
In the case of incorrect and / or incomplete documentation, the
applicant will be asked to supplement it, which the applicant must correct or
supplement in the application.

Candidates are asked to be patient during the enrollment process.
After successful enrollment, the candidate will receive a notification by
email.

IMPORTANT
After successful registration, the applicant will
be provided with an AAI@EduHr user account via the online application, which
must be activated immediately upon receipt of the notification and the password
must be changed by logging into the web application for registration.
When attempting to log in to any application of
the University's electronic services system via the AAI@EduHr SSO service
(single sign-on), the applicant will receive a notification that the password
has expired and will be redirected to the central interface for changing the
password.

After successful activation of the AAI@EduHr user
account, the applicant can receive a confirmation of student status, or the
first year of study enrolled, via the e-Citizens system (link:

-> Education and training -> e-Record of student status).
After candidates successfully complete their
registration, they need to fill out the survey of the University of Rijeka
